. BiOGRAPHY
Rudo Mutiba is a Zimbabwean born (July 1980), UK based Gospel Artist Singer /Songwriter. She is
based in London United Kingdom where she lives with husband and 3 beautiful children.
She was born with natural gift of singing and she has been singing as far back as she can
remember,at a tender age of 3(As confirmed by her mother).She started singing in church at around
the age of 5 .Rudo soon discovered she could write songs at the age of 16 .As a teenager who was
now becoming young adult,she found herself at the crossroads.
After the exciting discovery she sang her first ever written song( secular club banger) titled “Do you
feel like partying” to an audience of her mother and siblings.Not only was her mother not impressed
with the lyrics,she gave her advice that would shape her destiny.Her Mum told her “Use your gift for
God and you will reap eternal rewards” Thankfully Rudo heeded to that advice!A few years after that
Rudo moved to the United Kingdom to attend University,where she trained as a Nurse.During her
University years,Rudo got born again.As her walk and journey with Jesus deepened she started
writing songs inspired by the Holy Spirit!
Her 1st album “The Great I am “was released in 2009.
After that in 2012 she then released singles from
her 2
nd Album Freedom of Praise and Worship” including the title single(Freedom of Praise and
Worship ),which has ministered to many is currently doing so in 2023!
Another single also highlighted is “God’s Love Flows” featuring Meleke a project she did with World
Vision Charity Organisation(Sponser a child program).
